Relaxed little photo sessions that follow the seasons, from bluebell woods in spring to my cosy studio at Christmas.
See the minisMini sessions are a lovely way to get a family photo every year without booking a full session. They’re short, unrushed and fun, and each one is set somewhere beautiful for that time of year. Bring the whole family, grandparents included, or just you and your little one.
My studio sits right on the Derbyshire and Staffordshire border near Uttoxeter and Ashbourne, so whether you’re coming from Burton-on-Trent, Derby, Lichfield or Swadlincote, you’re closer than you think.

Simple, relaxed, no surprises
Upfront pricing
Outdoor minis are £199, including 5 digital images and 5 matching 8×6 prints. Christmas minis have a £49 booking fee, with digitals chosen on the day.
Never rushed
A bit of guidance, then I let the kids be kids. Extra prints and wall art are there if you love an image, but you’re never pushed to buy.
Weather friendly
If it rains on an outdoor mini, I’ll reschedule where possible, or offer an alternative.

Mini session FAQs
How is a mini different from a full family session?
Minis run on set dates at set locations, with a fixed price and a smaller set of images. A full family session is longer and planned around you. If you’d like more images or a particular location, a full family session might suit you better.
Can grandparents and dogs come along?
Grandparents are always welcome. Dogs are welcome at the bluebell minis, and for the others just ask when you book. Sorry, no pets at the Christmas studio sessions.
Where are the outdoor minis held?
Across Derbyshire and Staffordshire, at locations chosen for each season. Exact locations are shared when dates are released.
When are dates released?
Dates are announced nearer the time, as they depend on when the flowers and leaves are at their best. My mailing list hears first.
Which areas do you cover?
Families come to me from all over Staffordshire and Derbyshire, including Burton-on-Trent, Uttoxeter, Tutbury, Rolleston-on-Dove, Barton-under-Needwood, Abbots Bromley, Lichfield, Tamworth, Swadlincote, Ashbourne, Derby, Doveridge, Sudbury, Hilton and Etwall.
