Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on what package you have chosen a half day is 4 hours and a full day is around 10 – I also offer up to the speeches/ wedding breakfast which is around 6 hours coverage, should you need more than ten hours coverage I do also offer an hourly rate after this. 

No, the copyright and RAWS belong to myself. You are however granted a print license to print for personal use only. Sharing images to venues and suppliers can only be done by the photographer. 

Absolutely not – I pride myself on my work as an established photographer. Second photographers can be booked via myself using photographers that I know and trust and have worked with in the past. I reserve the right to be the only photographer exclusive to your wedding. 

This varies depending on coverage hours. Typically – over a 100 images for half day weddings and over 300 images for full day. Sometimes it can be many more images depending on number of guests, weather etc. 

Of course – After your wedding you will be invited to my home studio to view your wedding previews and look at album and wall art samples available to buy. 

You will always get a preview of your images 2 weeks after your wedding (sometimes before) you can use these for thank you’s! 

Your full gallery takes a little longer and being a busy mum to three boys aswell as photographer I am realistic and professional with my timescales – images are back with you within 16 weeks of your wedding. 

I cover a 2 hr driving radius for a round trip ( 1hr from my studio postcode)  

Anything over this will incur travel expenses and hotel expenses if required. I don’t currently offer destination weddings. 

Yes – I have public liability insurance, documents can be given to venues on request. 

As I have been a wedding photographer for over 15 years, I have become friends professionally with many other wedding photographers in the industry locally as well as working alongside them. I can call upon many photographers to cover if I was to fall ill, in addition to this I am part of many professional wedding photographers’ communities to enable me to get cover.

I request a hot meal if I am doing 6 or more hours coverage for your wedding. It is much appreciated but if this is not possible, please let me know and I will make arrangements to take a lunch break to pop and get food (not all venues allow you to eat your own food or takeaways on site) 

Following a consultation to ensure we are a good fit I will send you contracts to sign and confirmation paperwork. From here you will pay a £250 non refundable booking fee. After this the final balance is due 4 weeks before you’re wedding but can also be paid any time before the 4 weeks.
